15th August 09 is a memorable day to me. It’s my first time to attend Penang Floggers Gathering which was held at Vintage Bulgaria. Thanks to Alan for organizing such a successful event!
It was the 4th Penang Floggers Gathering and this time around the number of floggers have bloomed like mushroom after a rainy day.
The exterior as well as interior design of the restaurant is an impressive one. The tables set at the outside of the restaurant is best for drinking some beer with friend.
The interior is even better. There are tables set for 2 – 4 person. Will the dim yellow light, the feeling is so romantic.
If you come in a bigger group, there are tables which can cater for more than 8 pax too.

Great meeting you at the gathering. My favourite dish was also the Chocolate Soup, thick chocolate milk with creamy ice cream and shaved chocolate. Yummy
