Braised Fresh Mushroom with Bamboo Shoots – another mild taste dish. I like the sweetness of the enoki mushroom.

Thanks to Cariso for dividing the dish among us equally
Good job was done.

Braised Dry Abalone and Sea Product in Claypot. All the goodness from the sea soaked in a thick and sweet gravy.

The Japanese Dried Abalone is slightly hard at the centre of it but it’s acceptable for me.

Deep Fried Chicken with Marmite Sauce – Crispy pieces of deep fried chicken coated with sweet marmite sauce.

This dish would tasted tad sweet if it’s to be eaten by itself. But a bowl of white rice will balance it up.

A detail and nicely crafted carrot – a dragon figure. Isn’t that beautiful?

I still prefer the fish steamboat at Starview. Had an unpleasant experience at Pearl Palace last year. The chef was very defensive and hostile when we gave feedback about the steamboat add-on ingredients (fishballs) which were not fresh.

My Food Fetish,
I’m sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. I’m not sure if they’ve changed their chef as the chef that I met is very open to feedback and suggestion.
