Pomfret in Two Preparation – a stir fried with chinese celery and another one is steam pomfret topped with thicken gravy.

I personally prefer the stir fried version more. The steam version tasted slightly dried and hard if compare to the normal type of steam fish which the fish is soaked with soy sauce gravy.

Fried Wet Hor Fun with Slice Abalone hit me with a surprise! Don’t let the plain look of the dish to deceive you. The hor fun is flavourful. I would have had another helping if I were not too full after all those dishes.
The serving size is really huge! Toppings such as abalone, seafood and etc can be added upon request with additional charges.

The only drawback of this dish is the hor fun is quited mashed up.

Double Boiled Aloe Vera with Red Dates ended our meal with sweet memories. This dessert would be a perfect one if the sugar level is reduced slightly. Although the ingredients used are minimal which is just wolfberry, red dates and aloe vera but this dessert is a perfect one for a lady. Those 3 ingredients bears lot of benefits to our health.
Aloe vera is well known for its benefits all time long but it’s getting famous nowadays.

Not forgetting to thanks Jason, Gill and Mr. Wong for the dinner.

I still prefer the fish steamboat at Starview. Had an unpleasant experience at Pearl Palace last year. The chef was very defensive and hostile when we gave feedback about the steamboat add-on ingredients (fishballs) which were not fresh.

My Food Fetish,
I’m sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. I’m not sure if they’ve changed their chef as the chef that I met is very open to feedback and suggestion.
