Smoked Salmon Linguine for pasta lover out there. It’s served with baby romaine, bell peppers, olives and cherry tomato in extra virgin olive sauce.
The chef has mixed a few types of linguine hence you’ll get a plate of very colourful pasta. The pasta tasted quite bland which doesn’t suit my tastebud as I prefer heavy taste food.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin with sun dried vegetables, roast potatoes and Bearnaise sauce. If you like beef, this is a good choice too.

It wouldn’t be a complete Christmas without a turkey right?
The Brasserie serves Roast Turkey with sage stuffing, cranberry confit, Giblet gravy, mashed potato, cinnamon carrot and water chestnut.

Other than the 4 main courses mentioned above, here’s a snippet of main courses of what The Brasserie offers for the whole month of December.
Red Snapper Thermidor with mashed potato, Balsamic Salad and Pernod Sauce.

Seafood Pasta Aglio-Olio with bell peppers, olives and cherry tomato in extra virgin olive oil sauce.

Grilled Rack of Lamb with shepherd pie, buttered vegetables and mustard sauce.

Wah so much food!!! The salmon sashimi I LOVE! But I agree with you, most smoked salmon I tasted before is also a tad too salty for my liking. I wonder why…
