Such a wide variety to choose from. Yummy!

All the ingredients in dry bah kut teh is coated with thick soy sauce and fragrant from dried chilies and dried cuttlefish. I like the heavy flavor of the dry bah kut teh. Goes well with white rice.

The bah kut teh soup has the right amount of herbal taste. The soup is pretty thick. I like the meat which is cook till tender.

A must have for me when I eat bah kut teh. Dip the crispy fried fritters (yau char kwai) into the hot soup. Yummy~

Another must have when eating bah kut teh; chinese tea. It helps to ‘wash away’ those sinful fats and cholesterol which were consumed earlier. hehe

Thanks to Criz for inviting me to this dinner!
