Lang Sae Lee – Jetty Home Cooked Thai Food

Fried Fish with special sauce. All of us like this dish. The fish is fried till crispy at the outer layer and soft in the inner meat. The sauce has little spicy and I can taste some taucu bean paste flavour in it.

We were so satisfied with this fish.

The Belacan Chicken didn’t taste as good as the previous dishes. As I’ve tasted much better belacan chicken in Seong Hoe Bah Kut Teh.

The waiting time is quite long due to only one person who manage all the cooking. During my both visits, we waited for 45 minutes.

During my lunch visit, while waiting we enjoy the nice scenery of the Tan Jetty and manage to capture a few pictures. Enjoy the view!

Lang Sae Lee Thai Food is located just opposite Tua Pui Curry Mee. Click here for map.

If you are too hungry and since the waiting time is normally quite long, you can always buy some snacks from the Fried Banana Fritters Stall which is just located at the entrance of the Tan’s Jetty.

Oh nooo.. I suspect this won’t be open when I’m back for CNY… :-( In fact, I can probably write off any idea of eating out when I’m back! Misery! Next time then…

Beautiful shots, allie. Even Ken recommended this place when I asked him for recommendations the other day. Maybe someday …

Oh nice place with nice environment! I’m sure the wait of 45 minutes is not that bad when you have such nice scenery to distract you! ;)
