The Sire Museum Restaurant

The beef is chilled air-flown, grilled to perfection and served with tomato concasse.

Roasted Lamb Chopped (RM 32.80) was served in 4 pieces of roasted mid lamb chop. The lamb chopped tasted slightly sweet and fragrant with tender meat. I like this dish more than the beef.

The mashed potato is the best that I’ve tasted so far. I like it so much! The mashed potato is not too creamy but just tasted just right. I love the chunks of potato in the mashed potato, it added texture to it.

As I’m a chocolate lover, I ordered Chocolate Decandence (RM 11.80) as our drink. It tasted pretty good, but I’d prefer it to be more richer in chocolate and perhaps a little more creamy? :P

Hmm my one and only experience at the Sire was really so unremarkable that I’ve had to read every other review with raised eyebrows. Then again, my visit was almost 2 years ago so perhaps it’s time for me to give it another go!

Seriously, this place holds promise. For a fine dining affair that is not too exorbitant. But judging from the several negative remarks, doubtful eh ….
