<p>Ki Xiang offers 2 types of bah kut teh; <strong>bah kut teh soup</strong> and <strong>dry bah kut teh</strong>. Dry bah kut teh is not very common or popular in Penang but is already common in KL. Another stall that is selling <a href="http://www.alliefoodtalk.com/2008/12/11/penang-food-dry-bak-kut-teh/" target="_blank">dry bah kut teh</a> is at opposite Tesco Extra Penang.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone" title="Ki Xiang Bah Kut Teh 1" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2740/4302665727_8bfde807d6_o.jpg" alt="" width="540" height="365" /></p>
<p><span id="more-2026"></span>I like my bah kut teh to be served in a claypot to maintain the warmth of the soup. There are still a minimal stalls using normal bowl for bah kut teh.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone" title="Ki Xiang Bah Kut Teh 2" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4022/4303415754_39a0773266_o.jpg" alt="" width="540" height="365" /></p>
<p>The dry bah kut teh is also serve in a claypot. There are some dry chilies, ladies finger and dried cuttlefish to enhance the flavour of the dry bah kut teh.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone" title="Ki Xiang Bah Kut Teh 3" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4058/4303416074_fb1358ba18_o.jpg" alt="" width="540" height="365" /></p>
<p>You can always choose your favourite type of meat to be included in your bah kut teh. I don&#8217;t really know how to differentiate the parts of the pork. So, I&#8217;ll just let the pictures do the talking <img src='http://www.alliefoodtalk.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
